Hiring an Organization vs an Individual:
Our sales team pitches this on a daily basis – we thought we could save their time by writing this up. So here are the advantages of hiring an organization/vendor rather than hiring an Individual:
- At the outset a vendor would be more committed to a client rather than an employee to an employer since the vendor has a long-term vision and is governed by the company management and it’s principles to excel and if not the entire reputation and progress of the vendor/organization would be at stake.
- An employee comes with his individual expertise alone but whereas an organization/vendor like us come with a collective expertise and a collective skill set of a middle and senior level management team along with your dedicated remote team.
- In the case of an individual, it’s purely his personal preference either to stick on or leave an employer and it’s an instant decision. But in the case of an organization/vendor, a collective decision must be arrived by the board of management and that has to be justified at various levels. So the objective would be a long term relationship. We take pride in relationships that have lasted a decade and ask us to be judged by that.
- If your in-house staff takes a day off, then your work is interrupted. But whereas a vendor like us would bring in a substitute in case, when a member of your remote team takes a day off. This ensures uninterrupted operations even without additional costs.
- You would not be billed on American holidays but whereas you need to end up paying even on such holidays if you have your in-house staff.
- You deserve the right to express dissatisfaction over the performance of the agents involved in the project and the same would be replaced within a week’s period as we have surplus staff on bench but whereas you need to need to put in comparatively longer time and effort to recruit another new staff member.
