At the outset a vendor would be more committed to a client rather than an employee to an employer since the vendor has a long-term vision and is governed by the company management and it’s principles to excel and if not the entire reputation and progress of the vendor/organization would be at stake.
An employee comes with his individual expertise alone but whereas an organization/vendor like us come with a collective expertise and a collective skill set of a middle and senior level management team along with your dedicated remote team.
In the case of an individual, it’s purely his personal preference either to stick on or leave an employer and it’s an instant decision.
